About Us

Meet Your Experienced Disney Vacation Travel Professional

After graduating from the Wilma Boyd Travel School in Pittsburgh, PA, Bernadette started her travel career with Presidential Airways in 1986.  From there, Bernadette became the Front Office Manager of a busy Dulles airport hotel before finding her ideal job as a travel counselor.  Bernadette has spent the last 22 years working in the travel industry.  Oh, and along the way, she became a certified instructor and has her Associates Certificate in Project Management.

Bernadette also carries several travel industry credentials including:

  • Certified Travel Agent (CTA) issued by the Travel Institute (One who has passed a series of rigorous tests of professional competency administered by the Travel Institute, formerly known as the Institute of Certified Travel Agents.)
  • College of Disney Knowledge Graduate - an elite group of travel industry professionals who have attained a special knowledge of the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. 
  • Agent Education Graduate Program at The College of Disney Knowledge  on site at Walt Disney World where she trained with Disney’s own trainers first hand to learn the most current information available.
  • Royal Caribbean International University of WOW! Expert and WOW! Expert Plus as a Cruise Expert and beyond. The University of WOW! is an innovative and comprehensive online training program for Travel Agents to learn all about brand itineraries, services, and tools offered by the cruise line.
